NOTICE is hereby given of a SPECIAL MEETING of the BOARD OF ALDERMEN of the TOWN OF RANCHO VIEJO, TEXAS, with MPO POLICY COMMITTEE of the BROWNSVILLE METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (MPO) of the City of Brownsville to be held on July 8, 2009 at 12:00 P.M., at the Mary Yturria Education Center (Historic Brownsville Museum) at 641 E.
