NOTICE is hereby given of a REGULAR MEETING of the BOARD
OF ALDERMEN of the TOWN OF RANCHO VIEJO, TEXAS, to be held on March 10, 2009 at 6:00 P.M., in the TOWN MUNICIPAL OFFICE, 3301 CARMEN AVENUE, RANCHO VIEJO, to consider the following items:

Public Hearing for the Real and True Owners, Whether Hereinafter Named or Correctly Named or Not, of Property Abutting upon Avenida Santa Ana from Lot 1 through Lot 124 In the Town of Rancho Viejo, Texas and to All Owning or Claiming Any Such Abutting Property, or Any Interest Therein, and to all Interested in Any of the Proceedings, Contracts or Other Matters Hereinafter Mentioned
7. Consideration/Approval of An Ordinance Closing the Hearing Given to the Real and True Owners of Property Abutting upon Avenida Santa Ana from Lot 1 through Lot 124 in the Town of Rancho Viejo, Texas, as to Special Benefits to Accrue to Said Property and the Real and True Owners thereof by Virtue of the Improvement of Said Street within Said Limits, and as to any Errors, Invalidities or Irregularities in any of the Proceedings or Contract Therefore; Overruling and Denying all Protests and Objections Offered; Finding and Determining Which Parcels of Property Abutting upon Said Street within the Limits Defined will be Especially Benefitted and Enhanced by Value Equal to or in Excess of the Amount of the Cost of Said Improvements Proposed to be and as Assessed Against
Said Property and the Real and True Owners Thereof, and Levying an Assessment for the payment of a Portion of the Costs of Improving said Street, Fixing a Charge and Lien against said Properties, and the Real and True Owners thereof, Providing for the Issuance of Assignable Certificates (Notes) Upon the Completion and Acceptance of Said Work, the Manner and Time of Payment Thereof, and Providing for the Manner and Method of Collection of Said Assessments and Certificates; Providing for Assignment of Certificates and Providing that this Ordinance shall become Effective Immediately Upon Its Passage
8. Consideration/Approval of a Resolution of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Rancho Viejo, Texas (“Town”) Approving a Settlement Agreement Between the Town and Texas Gas Service Company (“TGS”) or (“The Company”) With Regard to the Company’s Proposal to Implement Interim Grip Rate Adjustments for Gas Utility Investment Filed on October 30, 2008; Requiring the Company to File Compliance Tariffs that Reflect an Interim Grip Rate Adjustment Consistent with the Settlement Agreement Adopting a Savings Clause; Determining that this Resolution was passed in Accordance with the Requirement of the Texas Open Meetings Act; Declaring an Effective Date; and Requiring Delivery of this Resolution to the Company and Legal Counsel
9. Consideration/Action on An Ordinance Establishing the Registration and Licensing of Dogs and/or Cats, Setting Up Fees, Specifying all Dogs and/or Cats to be on a Leash, Establishing Housing Fees, Establishing Fines for Violation, Stray Cat Procedures, Providing for a Penalty, Providing for an Effective Date and Publication in Caption Form
