NOTICE is hereby given of a REGULAR MEETING of the BOARD
OF ALDERMEN of the TOWN OF RANCHO VIEJO, TEXAS, to be held on May 13, 2008 at 6:00 P.M., in the TOWN MUNICIPAL OFFICE, 3301 CARMEN AVENUE, RANCHO VIEJO, to consider the following items:

Officials and Adopt Resolution Declaring Results

7. Consideration/Action on a Resolution Declaring Certain Roadways located within the Town of Rancho Viejo as Public Streets and Roadways

Public Hearing on Request by Mr. Steven Trowbridge, Mejia Rose, Inc., agent for Ted M. and Margaret Trapp, owners, to obtain approval of the Subdivision Plat for TMT Subdivision, Lots 1-5, Block 1, Rancho Viejo, Texas, being 1.736 acres more or less out of a 33.478 acre parcel. This proposed subdivision is at the intersection of Villa and Enchilada.
9.
