NOTICE is hereby given of a REGULAR MEETING of the PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION of the TOWN OF RANCHO VIEJO, TEXAS, to be held on May 7, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the TOWN MUNICIPAL OFFICE, 3301 CARMEN AVENUE, RANCHO VIEJO, TEXAS to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order

3. Approval of Minutes - January 31, 2008
4. Public Hearing on Request by Mr. Steven Trowbridge, Mejia Rose, Inc., agent for Ted M. and Margaret Trapp, owners, to obtain approval of the Subdivision Plat for TMT Subdivision, Lots 1-5, Block 1, Rancho Viejo, Texas, being 1.736 acres more or less out of a 33.478 acre parcel. This proposed subdivision if at the intersection of Villa and Enchilada.
5.
