PUBLIC HEARING of the BOARD OF ALDERMEN of the TOWN OF RANCHO VIEJO, TEXAS will be held on MAY 13, 2008 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Municipal Office, 3301 Carmen Avenue, Rancho Viejo, Texas 78575, regarding possible amendments to the ZONING ORDINANCE (Ordinance No. 18 as amended) of the Town of Rancho Viejo regarding Article IV, Section 17 - Accessory Buildings and Article VIA Section 1 Accessory Buildings; Article IV, Section 10 - Finished Floor Grade; Article IV, Section 15 - Flagpoles; Article IV - Section 3 Height Limits Over Resaca; Article IV, Section 4 - Seawall Regulations; Article IV, Section 5 - Limitations over Water; Article IV, Section 1 - Setback Regulations; Article IV, Section 2 - Maximum Height; and Removing the words roadway(s) and road(s) from Ordinance 18 and from all the ordinances of Rancho Viejo.
Any person may appear in person or offer their written comments during the public hearings. The Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Aldermen may consider the amendments to the regulations of the Zoning Ordinance and other ordinances following the public hearings.
