TOWN OF RANCHO VIEJO
A Special Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Rancho Viejo, Texas was held on February 26, 2008, at the Town Municipal Office, 3301 Carmen Avenue, Rancho Viejo, Texas, the same being open to the public. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Craig B. Flood at 10:00 A.M. Roll call was made by Cheryl J. Kretz, Town Secretary. Aldermen present at the meeting were:

Mr. Eugene Hufford
Mrs. Carla Lootens
Mr. Miguel Salinas
Alderman absent from the meeting were:
Mr. William Dorsett
A quorum was present for the meeting.
Mr. Philip Snyder, legal counsel, was present at the meeting.

CONSIDERATION/ACTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH
CAMERON COUNTY TO RECONSTRUCT CARMEN AVENUE
FROM ESCANDON TO FM 1732:
Motion was made by Alderman Hufford, seconded by Alderman Lootens, and unanimously carried, to authorize the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Cameron County to reconstruct Carmen Avenue from Escandon to FM 1732 in the amount of $125,000.00.
