NOTICE is hereby given of a REGULAR MEETING of the PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION of the TOWN OF RANCHO VIEJO, TEXAS, to be held on January 31, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the TOWN MUNICIPAL OFFICE, 3301 CARMEN AVENUE, RANCHO VIEJO, TEXAS to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of Minutes - June 7, 2007
4. Public Hearing on Request by Mr. Steven Trowbridge, Mejia & Rose, Inc., agent for Ted M. and Margaret Trapp, owners, to obtain approval of the Subdivision Plat for TMT Subdivision, Lots 1-5, Block 1, Rancho Viejo, Texas, being 1.736 acres more or less out of a 33.478 acre parcel. This proposed subdivision if at the intersection of Villa and Enchilada.
5. Consideration and Action on Request by Mr. Steven Trowbridge, Mejia & Rose, Inc., agent for Ted M. and Margaret Trapp, owners, to obtain approval of the Subdivision Plat for TMT Subdivision, Lots 1-5, Block 1, Rancho Viejo, Texas, being 1.736 acres more or less out of a 33.478 acre parcel. This proposed subdivision is at the intersection of Villa and Enchilada.
